Renovation

The renovation of old elevators is necessary for their modernization and to ensure the required safety level for their passengers. Additionally, the renovation of an old elevator is required by the National and common European legislation so that their operation is harmonised with the current standards and technical specifications.
We are willing to inform you about the requirements of the current legislation and, aiming at the safety and operational excellence of the elevator, to propose the best and good value solution for its technical and aesthetic renovation.

During renovation:

• All the old parts of the elevator are replaced, either because of normal wear and tear, or in order to comply with current technical specifications.
•  The safety and comfort levels of the elevator’s passengers are upgraded.
• The aesthetics of the old elevator cabin is improved or restored to its initial design, especially after years of normal wear and tear.
• The best operational capacity of the elevator is achieved.
• Energy savings are guaranteed, e.g. with the replacement of the motor, the placement of appropriate layout to counterbalance idle power, with the installation of VVVF Inverter, etc.
• The old elevator is certified and its legal operation permit is renewed.
